01) Procedure to get a Validity Certificate?
Open the URL https://bartievalidity.maharashtra.gov.in/
01) Fill the Caste Validity Certificate Online correctly & upload scan copies of the Original documents then submit an application online.
02) Take a printout of the online submitted application and attach relevant necessary mandatory documents (Original documents or self-attested copy in case of Xerox)
03) Submit the Application along with Original documents or a self-attested copy in case of Xerox to the Respective District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee.
04) After receipt of printouts of the online submitted application with necessary supporting documents the Respective District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee will do scrutiny.
05) In the case of a Valid Case, you will get a Validity Certificate with e-Sign to your registered email address & the same can be downloadable from your user credential.
06) In addition to this you can pull your Validity certificate from Digilocker as well.
07) In the case of an Invalid Case, you will be notified by SMS & Email for the same.

02) How many days are required to get a Validity Certificate?
The District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee shall take its decision about the Validity of Caste Certificate & issue the Validity Certificate within a period of three months (3 Months) from the submission of the application to the respective committee and in exceptional circumstances, an additional period of two months may be taken by Scrutiny Committee.

2. Click on Show Signer’s Certificate

4. Click on Add to Trusted Certificates
